Our policy

If something isn't right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to start a return

Email us at wearegideon@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Please note

Custom, made-to-order and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.
